Pre-made products

You have 14 days from receiving the product to request a refund, please make sure to read the item description for sizing guides and the condition of the fabrics used. 

Please contact me to arrange a refund, the item must be returned to me in its original condition, once I have it back I will process your refund to the payment method. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Bespoke products and services

Refunds are not accepted for any bespoke commissions, but if you are unhappy with your order please get in touch to discuss with me directly.
