My housecoat design is inspired by two inherited garments, a silk dressing gown from my Grandma and a 70's denim coat of my Mum's. Taking the best parts of each piece I created a perfect coverup for lounging around the house, garden or even by the pool whilst still being smart enough to leave the house in. Included is a matching belt approx 1.8m long.
The housecoat is also one of my favourite designs as the rectangular pieces that make it leave very little to no offcuts.
This coat is made from vintage cotton in a pale pink colour, the fabric is handprinted with a mix of grey sharks, including a hammerhead shark, a tiger shark, a black tip reef shark.
